The 2016 Culvert Replacement projects for the Washington County Department of land use and transportation consisted of two culvert replacements. Timber Rd being the first culvert replacement of the two. This replacement increased the size and strength of the existing culvert, which failed during the previous winter in a heavy storm and washed out the highway.The second culvert replacement is located on NW dairy creek road, and was deemed fit for culvert replacement to help with stream realignment and fish passage into more stream located above the culvert location.
